How do I turn on the shower? (University Plaza Building - 140 Simcoe St.)

If you are staying at 140 Simcoe Street (University Plaza) and experiencing difficulty turning on the shower, please follow the steps below.

1. Start by turning the main handle to begin the flow of water via the tub spout

2. Pull down on the brass ring around the tub spout where the water is coming from, and this will divert the water up to the shower head
