Can I receive parcels/mail during my stay?

Mail and parcels can be delivered to your suite. You will be provided with a mail key at check-in, which will grant you access to your mailbox. The concierge can accept parcels on your behalf, so long as it is under the size 2 ft x 2 ft x 1 ft.
