Why did my AC/heating stop working?

The building you're living in controls the ability for each suite to be able to pump warm or cool air depending on the season via a central system. Once the temperature outside reaches a consistent level, the building will change the system over to provide heat (in the fall when the weather cools down) or cooling (in the spring when the weather warms up).
