If you have enrolled in cleaning services, you will receive an email notification from our Help Desk 3 - 5 days before our visit. Cleaning times are from 9am to 5pm. You do not have to be present during the cleaning as our cleaning staff has access.
If you would like your date to be changed, please fill out our Help Inquiry Form. If you’re not receiving the notifications, please check your junk mail folder, or confirm the email address you would like cleaning notifications sent to.
